An international logistics service provider active in road, air and sea freight. The company transports thousands of shipments worldwide every day and worked with multiple TMSs and external transport partners.
Due to fragmented data from dozens of sources, real-time insight into shipment performance, delays and CO₂ emissions was missing. As a result, we responded to deviations and there were no optimizations.
A central data layer was developed that brought together data from the TMS, telemetry systems, partners and sensors. A real-time dashboard was built on this that gave operations, management and customers direct insights into performance, anomalies and sustainability.
Thanks to the integration of real-time data and KPI visualization, the logistics service provider's way of working changed fundamentally. Instead of analyzing incidents afterwards, the team is now proactively focusing on performance and sustainability.
